Ms. Hiền tốt nghiệp Cử nhân tại trường ĐH Quốc tế - ĐH Quốc Gia TP. HCM liên kết với trường ĐH West of England, TP Bristol, Vương Quốc Anh chuyên ngành Kinh Doanh và Quản lý, tốt nghiệp loại giỏi. Ms. Hiền cgiàu kinh nghiệm trong việc Quản Lý Mối Quan Hệ Khách Hàng, Dịch Vụ và Phát triển Kinh doanh.

As the Sales and Communication Leader, Ms. Hiền plays an important role in any communication with our students, parents and partners in order to make sure that our students will yield the best results out of the courses here at English with Ruby.
Ms. Hiền has been awarded the degree of Bachelor of Arts with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) under an approved programme of study in Business and Management at International University, HCMC accredited by the University of West of England, Bristol, UK. She is an experienced professional in Customer Relations, Guest Service and Business Development.
